Fabric integrity
We use cotton-rich bases with high recovery and soft handfeel. Every fabric is tested for shape retention and wash durability.
Construction
All seams are reinforced and bar-tacked at stress points. Thread tension, stitch density, and finishing are adjusted for longevity.
Consistency
Colour, fit, and feel are matched across every batch. Our sample and production runs are compared by hand to ensure continuity.
